The Challenge:

CTIDO (Children’s Talent Identification and Development Organisation) is a nonprofit dedicated to improving children’s sports talents and performing arts, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds. Despite their impactful work, CTIDO’s brand lacked clarity, consistency, and visual appeal, making it hard for stakeholders, donors, and communities to connect with their mission at first glance.

Our Mission:

To breathe new life into CTIDO’s identity by creating a modern, cohesive, and human-centered brand that reflects their values and enhances their credibility—without losing their grassroots authenticity.

What We Did:

Brand Discovery & Positioning

We began with deep listening, interviewing the CTIDO team and analyzing their work, beneficiaries, and goals. This process revealed a need to simplify the message, sharpen the story, and spotlight impact.

Visual Identity Redesign

We designed a fresh, professional logo that symbolised growth, unity, and forward movement, supported by a vibrant colour palette and typography system that evokes trust, warmth, and action.

Brand Voice & Messaging

We developed a new brand narrative and tone of voice that’s simple, heartfelt, and mission-driven. This gave CTIDO a consistent way to talk about their work across platforms—whether speaking to communities, partners, or donors.

Communication Tools

From proposal templates and impact report layouts to social media branding and a presentation deck we gave CTIDO the tools they needed to tell their story confidently and clearly.
