MATMA Company Ltd is an agribusiness company based in Tanzania, specialising in streamlining agricultural trade. Despite its strong industry network and essential role in the value chain, MATMA’s digital presence didn’t reflect its professionalism, capabilities, or value proposition, making it harder to win trust from global clients, partners, and investors.

Our Goal

To transform MATMA’s digital presence, starting with its website, brand messaging, and social media identity, into a tool that communicates clarity, credibility, and competitive edge to its diverse audiences.

What We Did

Website Strategy & Redesign

We restructured the MATMA website into clear, purpose-driven sections aligned with their services—Permits & Certifications, Market Intelligence, Investment Support, Agency Services, Logistics & Packaging, and more. The new layout ensures ease of navigation, better storytelling, and strategic call-to-actions for different user types (government, partners, investors, exporters).

Content Overhaul

We rewrote all web copy to be simpler, sharper, and more informative—cutting through technical clutter while preserving authority. Each service page now speaks directly to the needs and pain points of MATMA’s stakeholders.

Brand Voice & Positioning

We refined MATMA’s voice to sound more modern, trustworthy, and knowledgeable—positioning them as a connector between opportunity and logistics in Tanzania’s agricultural ecosystem.

Social Media Strategy (In Progress)

We initiated the rollout of a professional social media presence to foster awareness, establish credibility, and attract engagement from partners and institutions through educational and advocacy-style content.

The Outcome

The revamped brand now reflects what MATMA truly is: a reliable, efficient, and policy-savvy export partner. With a professional web presence and content strategy in place, MATMA is better positioned to attract new business, improve stakeholder confidence, and amplify its role in advancing Tanzania’s agri-export potential.
